This post, which I wrote for the nonprofit Partner for Surgery, was intended to share information with stakeholders following Covid. Missions had been suspended and were able to resume after 23 months. Mixed with sharing updates was some storytelling elements, as well, as I was often tasked with sharing stories of individual patients who received care (first names only, and with family permission).
